TO ORDER:

Just follow the instructions by using the shopping cart and the dedicated email address.Please make sure you distinguish clearly between your purchases of records, so we can offer you the most efficient service possible.

Don’t forget to indicate the delivery address and the invoicing address.

CONFIRMING AN ORDER:

Online orders are confirmed.

Confirmed orders are kept for a maximum of 7 working days awaiting receipt of your payment.

We can also deliver your order to the Record Fairs we take part in either in France or abroad. These record fairs are highlighted by the logo in the "RECORD FAIRS – CONVENTIONS" section of the Calendar.

We will send you an invitation to the UM Record Fair of your choice with your order. Please let us know which town and the date you have chosen.

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER:

All orders are shipped on receipt of payment (Credit Card, cheque, or international money order).

France, DOM/TOM, European Convention countries, Andorra, Luxembourg, Monaco, Switzerland, Canada, Japan and USA: you can use the PAYBOX secure payment facility.

DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER:

* All inland dispatches are sent in strengthened packaging using the French Post Office Colissimo service or Express Service carrier.

* The cost of shipment in France and for EXPORTS is calculated in line with the order. The cost will be indicated to you in our order confirmation.

* Orders worth 500 Euros: carriage is free (for France) - except for the duplication shop
